Briefing: Destruction of H5N1 Avian Influenza Virus in Meat and Poultry Products  (.pdf)

Outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in wild and domesticated birds have spread over a significant segment of the world area of Asia, Africa, and Europe. It is extremely important to learn how to mitigate the virus and its effect on the food chain and human health.
